Refund policy

30-day Refund Policy: We are a social impact company and much of our costs are dedicated to sourcing and paying our team in Uganda. However, do we offer a refund option for up to 30-days after receiving your product. We cannot accept the product back once it has been sent out. 

Please send us feedback on the product and why it did not meet your expectations, with your request.
